Once you've contacted us regarding your return for either an exchange or refund, we may ask for photographic proof of items/packaging to substantiate your claim.
Pedal Jungle will act accordingly on your claim by offering a refund, replacement item, and providing instructions of how to return to us.
If an item needs returning we will ask you to do so before a refund/replacement item can be processed.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back. We would refund your return shipping costs if the item is sent back and verified so, for one of the reasons below:
- Items arrive damaged in transit
- Items arrive not as described
- Items arrive faulty
Once your order is initially received, any damage/faults need to be reported to us via email within 48hours of being received. If your product develops a fault past 14 days would need to be covered by the manufacturer warranty.
When sending goods back, you will need to send safe and securely, to stop and damage occurring in transit, via a tracked delivery method.
All items need to be filed for return/refund within 30 days of receipt, and only if goods are in a new and unused condition with original tags and packaging.
After receiving your returned parcel, we will inspect it and the contents, and ensuring everything looks good, and be in touch to get your return processed super quick!
Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns where products have been made unfit for resale or damaged whilst in your possession or in return transit.
