A new and fresh Mystery Pedal Box is launched on the 1st of every month, and will contain different items from the previous month.

Each month will have a unique boxes availability, and within that availability a unique number of exclusive Custom Batch pedals to be found.

Each month, any chance to purchase that box will close when the box is either sold out, or when we reach the end of the month.

It's a total mystery, but at a minimum (and still super cool) your Mystery Pedal Box will contain an FX Pedal already found on our store.

But, many other boxes (all chosen at random) could contain any of the following not currently found on our store:

A brand new and just released pedal, a U.K first pedal, a pedal from a new independent brand, a pedal from a known brand we don't currently offer, or a pedal from a super small independent builders batch.

The luckiest among you could receive a Custom Batch pedal, these are exclusive to Pedal Jungle FX pedals.

Every month a set number of Mystery Pedal Boxes will include an Exclusive 'Custom Batch' FX pedal.

Our Custom Batch pedals are exclusive to Pedal Jungle, and will be from either a well known or smaller independent brand.

Custom Batch pedals will range from the completely unique and rare, to variation finishes of well known pedals - but always be exclusive, serialised and cool.

Each Custom Batch will be small, limited by number and serialised, but not strictly limited edition, as there could always be another Custom Batch released of it in the future; either standalone, via the Custom Batch Insider Club, or in future monthly Mystery Pedal Boxes.

See each months box release to see how many Custom Batch pedals will be available per month from the overall boxes available.

1) We can either buy back in Loyalty Points at a really good rate.

2) Or you can chat to fellow Mystery Box members also looking to trade in the simple 'Mystery Box Swap Club' community we are going to set up.

This is the same as asking for an exchange, the short answer is no, not with us anyway.

The short answer is no, as all sales for Mystery Pedal Boxes are final, but there is a caveat to this.

In most cases it will be extremely unlikely you receive a pedal that you already own.

But if you do already own the pedal and you purchased it elsewhere then we have two options for you:

1) We can either buy back in Loyalty Points at a really good rate.

2) Or you can chat to fellow Mystery Box members also looking to trade in the simple 'Mystery Box Swap Club' community we are going to set up.

The caveat to this is if you purchased or received the pedal from us at some point.

We will always aim to never send you duplicate pedals, but if this does happen then yes, of course we would be more than happy to exchange it for you.

If your Mystery Pedal arrives either damaged or faulty in some way, we can either provide an exchange or full refund.

To clarify, here is what you will always find in each monthly Mystery Pedal Box.

• 1x FX pedal (either Exclusive Custom Batch, Rare Find Small Batch, U.K Firsts, New/Fresh or from our current lineup)
• Exclusive simple merch extras (stickers and stuff!)
• A 5% discount code for the next months box
• A FREE Gift (if you're one of the first 10 boxes)

What else 'could' be in a monthly Mystery Pedal Box

• A second pedal - to bring up to paid value
• Cool mystery gear - to bring up to paid value
• Collectable cards and merch
• Extra mystery gear and merch gifts selected at random
• A gift voucher to spend on Pedal Jungle

No matter what you receive in your Mystery Pedal Box, it will always match or exceed the value you paid.

Basically your Mystery Pedal Box will ALWAYS include 1x FX Pedal to the value or more of what you paid for the box.

If your FX Pedal doesn't quite reach that value paid we will ALWAYS top this up by either adding a 2nd FX Pedal OR some cool Mystery gear/merch items.

We aim to ship ALL Mystery Pedal Boxes directly to your door step within two weeks of the following month from the box your purchased.

This is to allow us the time to properly curate your box based on the sales we receive for each month.

For example, if you purchase 'Mystery Pedal Box April', we would look to ship all boxes by the second week of May (latest), and so on each month thereafter.

Shipping is always Free for all Mystery Pedal Box purchases within the U.K

For the rest of the world, the normal website international shipping rates apply.

No discount codes are allowed when purchasing Mystery Pedal Boxes, except special 5% codes we create for each month uniquely.

To get one of these unique codes, you will have needed to purchased the previous months box, where unique codes are provided for the following month, and so on.

No, this is not a subscription as you a free to purchase any box on any given month without any prepayments or obligations.

There is always incentive to purchase more than one month in a row, as the box contents changes each month and we provide a unique 5% discount code off the following months box with every box you purchase.

Your Mystery Pedal Box 'could' also include, but not limited to some extra free gifts and/or mystery gear accessories and branded merch.

Think along the lines of items such as strings, tuners, capo's, t-shirts, coffee, stickers, collectable cards etc.

On something completely random, but useful.

Some of these items will be exclusive and limited edition too.

All picked at random. Some boxes will get some, some won't. That's just the way it goes!

Do you feel lucky?

No, this is not guaranteed.

But here are the cases where you are:

- You are guaranteed a free gift if you're one of the first 10 purchasers each month.

- You are also guaranteed either extra merch or an extra FX pedal if your first FX pedal value doesn't reach the value you paid for the box
