Our aim here at Pedal Jungle is to provide small batch, exclusive & limited edition FX pedal drops, hand picked from the best of the hand crafted, boutique builders worldwide.

We also provide other musical accessories, and our own unique clothing, coffee and goods.

What is your FX pedal waitlist?

What are your operating times?

Our official online customer service operating times are:

Monday - Friday
10:00am - 4:00pm GMT

But you may find us answering messages and online out of official hours, as we don't sleep!

Please note customer service is not available during weekends and public holidays.

Are your products ethical?

We're proud to say yes - as we are in essense an ethical, sustainable and vegan brand.

We only look to source and supply the highest quality goods, that means the pedals and accessories plus any clothing and goods that go with them. These goods will then last far longer, than cheaper, throw away printing goods.

All the products we offer, or use, will be vegan approved, and either 100% organic, recycled or sustainable.

Where are you based?

We are an online only business based in Ashford, Kent, UK. Unfortunately we do not have a physical premises, but something we intend to work on.

Ordering

What is your general order information?

If your order has not been despatched, you can still amend your delivery address. Please just email us hello@pedaljungle.com or via our contact form, stating your order number and address change.

If you need to cancel your order, all orders have to be cancelled prior to dispatch.  Please ensure you cancel the order asap if you need to.  Please contact us at hello@pedaljungle.com or use our contact form to cancel your order, quoting your name and order number.

As we try to dispatch your orders as fast as possible, it means that once an order is placed its extremely rare we can catch it fast enough to amend it! This means we cannot remove items, change items, add items or combine orders.

If we are unable to stop your order for amending you will need to return any unwanted goods at your own expense for a refund or exchange or place an additional order for anything you forgot to add. 

Pre-orders, out of stock, and special items

Some of the items we offer may be special items that we order in at your request, or pre-orders for new launches coming soon or out-of-stock items. For any of these, we will inform you of the expected shipping date on the product page/checkout when ordering.

Also please note, that if any in-stock items are ordered at the same time as pre-order items, all items will ship together once we have all stock available to send.

We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items if they are needed in the shorter time frame.

I've not received my order?

If you order has not arrived in the allotted time, your tracking reference number doesn't work OR your tracking reference states your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@pedaljungle.com asap or use our contact form and we will begin a process to resolve your issue.

I have received the wrong/faulty item?

This is a super rare occurrence, but if this does happen, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us via our contact form or email at hello@pedaljungle.com, stating your order number and outlining your order issue.

We will ensure this gets rectified as soon as possible!

Payment methods, currencies & VAT

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa Debit, Visa Electro, Mastercard, Visa, UK Maestro, American Express, GooglePay and Apple Pay.

We also offer processing of orders via Paypal where you can pay using your PayPal account and any other credit or debit cards.

We also offer Klarna Flexible payments (Please see our 'Klarna FAQs' page here for all the full terms and conditions of Klarna.)

We offer a multi currency website for your convenience while shopping, as this allows you to view the product totals in your chosen currency before ordering as a guideline. At the point of ordering, all costs will automatically convert to GPB during the checkout process.

All prices seen on the website include any UK taxes, and orders imported into other countries may be subject to import VAT and Duty and the buyers expense.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

GPSR Information

Due to the new GPSR regulations that came into affect 13.12.24 we have unfortunately had to suspend all shipments to the N.I and Europe while we find a solution around this.

We are a small business, so this ruling is challenging for us, and disappointing for both us and our European customers, but rest assured we will find a solution to this asap.

For now, if you are ordering from Northern Ireland or Europe, is there a U.K based address you could send your order to instead, and perhaps arrange a meet/pickup with that person in time?

What is your general shipping information?

We ship globally from the U.K to customers in Worldwide (except the N.I and Europe currently due to the new GPSR regulations that came into affect 13.12.24)

Our order processing times are 9am-1pm (GMT), Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 1pm, weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next day.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

What are your shipping costs?

We ship within the UK and Worldwide.

We offer simple flat rate shipping and FREE shipping within the UK - based on the value of your order.

For international orders, shipping is based on the weight of the goods ordered.

Every shipping option we provide is sent using a fully tracked service.

What are your shipping times?

All domestic & international orders are sent via Royal Mail or selected courier as standard, and all services are fully tracked from end-to-end.

Once dispatched orders should arrive within the time frames below for each region.  Shipping times are just an estimate and can never be completely guaranteed, although the success rate for on-time deliveries is extremely high.

Tracking numbers are provided at the time of order despatch, but please email us at hello@pedaljungle.com at any point during your order process and we will provide you with any help tracking your order.

Customs, duties & Brexit

We ship from the U.K, so any the packages imported into your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You, as the buyer will be responsible for any extra fees, customs duties or other fees that may be charged by your government/postal provider.

We cannot guarantee you will not be charged, so please check with the relevant authorities before placing your order.

What are No-Fuss returns?

We do offer returns and refunds, but as we are a small business returns can be costly for us, and also for you with the return shipping costs during the process, so please ensure the product definitely isn't right for you before trying to process a return with us.

If you have really tried out your new product and it just isn't for you, then we operate on a 30 day No-Fuss returns policy and will accept exchanges/refunds on all products (except digital), unless otherwise stated, but only if the goods arrive back still in a new and unused condition with original tags and packaging, and no product modifications or being tampered with in any way.

How do I return goods?

Once you've contacted us regarding your return for either an exchange or refund, we may ask for photographic proof of items/packaging to substantiate your claim. 

Pedal Jungle will act accordingly on your claim by offering a refund, replacement item, and providing instructions of how to return to us.

If an item needs returning we will ask you to do so before a refund/replacement item can be processed.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back. We would refund your return shipping costs if the item is sent back and verified so, for one of the reasons below:

- Items arrive damaged in transit 
- Items arrive not as described 
- Items arrive faulty

Once your order is initially received, any damage/faults need to be reported to us via email within 48hours of being received. If your product develops a fault past 14 days would need to be covered by the manufacturer warranty.

When sending goods back, you will need to send safe and securely, to stop and damage occurring in transit, via a tracked delivery method.

All items need to be filed for return/refund within 30 days of receipt, and only if goods are in a new and unused condition with original tags and packaging.

After receiving your returned parcel, we will inspect it and the contents, and ensuring everything looks good, and be in touch to get your return processed super quick!

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns where products have been made unfit for resale or damaged whilst in your possession or in return transit.

Is there any warranty?

Some brands we stock offer their own warranty manufactures which is usually a minimum of 1 year, but most often a lifetime warranty. This applies to all instruments and accessories such as FX pedals, but is not extended to clothing and other goods products such as mugs, and slipmats etc. For more information about a particular product warranty, please see the product page description for that product.

Pedal Jungle is not the warranty provider or a repair shop, but we guarantee to help assist you with the faulty item return and fix process, and direct you on the best way to get your situation resolved.

If an item received back has been tampered with in any way, we would consider this as not in ‘as new’ condition and reserve the right to return the pedal to you.

In short, any items(s) that develop a fault after 14 days are dealt with by the manufacturer and not Pedal Jungle. Any returns to the manufacturer or their recommended service provider, are returned at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked and signed service in these instances.

International Returns & Warranty

You are still able to return any goods within 30 days for a refund, but you would be liable for any delivery or admin costs associated with your return when it arrives back in the UK. Please label the package clearly as RETURNED goods or to the RETURNS Department, if you do not, there would be an Import Duty/VAT charge payable to release the goods back to us. Pedal Jungle would then reserve the right to refuse delivery if this happens and/or deduct the amount from the refund given.

We do not offer a warranty for any goods sold outside the UK, but you would still be able to contact the manufacturer directly to go through the warranty process with them.
