Built for Justin of Drawbridge Audio by Twrog Audio, the HP delivers the unmistakable punch of a Harmonic Percolator but with refined gain and tonal flexibility. Ideal for players who want everything from gritty boosts to snarling fuzz tones, this U.K made one-off build balances raw character with smoother, more usable response.

The Twrog Audio HP is a modified Harmonic Percolator that pushes the classic fuzz/drive circuit into more versatile territory. Hand-wired in the UK, this unique pedal has slightly lower gain and a smoother tonal response compared to a stock percolator, making it far more adaptable for modern players.

At its core, the HP offers two clipping options via a dedicated toggle switch: asymmetric silicon diodes for a gritty, aggressive fuzz with plenty of texture, or LED clipping for a more open, less compressed sound that works brilliantly as a dirty boost when the gain is set low. This dual-voice design gives guitarists the ability to move from raw, biting fuzz to dynamic, amp-like drive with ease.

Unlike the often harsh and compressed feel of the original Harmonic Percolator, the HP’s tweaks make it an inspiring, usable pedal across a wide range of genres. Whether you’re after snarling garage rock tones, dirty blues boosts, or experimental fuzz textures, this hand-built UK pedal ensures rich harmonics, responsive dynamics, and plenty of midrange cut to slice through any mix.

A true rarity, built for Justin of Drawbridge Audio, the HP is proof of Twrog Audio’s attention to detail and commitment to evolving classic circuits while keeping their raw spirit intact.

This is a 'used' pedal, in our Grade 3 good condition, with no real signs of use, no original box and is missing two back plate screws (which are easily replaceable)
