The Wampler Velvet Fuzz takes everything you love about vintage fuzz and brings it into the modern age, with control, precision, and versatility that traditional fuzz circuits can’t match. Inspired by the earth shattering tones achieved by running a fuzz into a cranked EL34 driven stack, this pedal delivers that same smooth, saturated sustain in a compact, pedalboard ready format.

At its core, the Velvet Fuzz offers two distinct clipping modes, each with its own personality. Flip the switch for massive, compressed low end saturation and those classic “amp about to explode” fuzz textures, or tighten it up for a more defined, distortion like response that cuts through any mix. The result is a pedal that can roar like vintage fuzz or sing like a refined high gain amp, all while maintaining touch sensitivity and dynamic control.
