The Crazy Tube Circuits Unobtanium is a dual-channel overdrive and amp-in-a-box pedal that captures the essence of two of the most revered circuits in guitar history. On one side, a faithful recreation of the mythical overdrive pedal known for its articulate, high headroom tone; on the other, a fully analog D-style amplifier emulator that delivers the smooth compression, harmonic bloom, and dynamic response of legendary boutique tube amps.

The right side features an exacting reproduction of the mythical overdrive circuit, complete with germanium clipping diodes, offering a wide gain range from transparent clean boost to rich, singing overdrive. Its active treble EQ allows fine tuned tone shaping, while a buffer/true bypass toggle lets you adapt the pedal perfectly to your rig. An additional compression/gain toggle adds further versatility, from the original tight and articulate response to a more open, high headroom sound.

On the left side, the amp-in-a-box circuit authentically recreates the tones of two D-style amplifiers. Choose SSS mode for clean, articulate tones with organic compression or ODS mode for higher gain, mid-forward drive with blooming sustain. The Emphasis, Tone, and Gain controls give you the power to dial in everything from crystalline cleans to thick, harmonically complex overdrive.

For the ultimate flexibility, the Unobtanium includes a passive series effects loop, letting you insert pedals between the overdrive and amp sections to craft your perfect signal chain. There’s also an external footswitch input for switching amp voicings on the fly, and internal EQ/volume trimmers for deep tonal fine tuning.

This is a 'used' pedal, in our Grade 4 Excellent condition, with no real signs of use except patches of velcro on the back, and no original box, manual or candy.
