We have 4 loyalty points tour tiers, based on playing larger venues on tour!

1) Pub Tour is the lowest tier for all, no spend is needed.

2) Concert Hall Tour Tier: This is reached when £1000 or more is spent on our store.

3) Arena Tour Tier: This is reached when £2000 or more is spent on our store.

4) Stadium Tour Tier: This is reached when £3000 or more is spent on our store.

Once you create an account and join the Pedal Jungle Loyalty Points program, you will also be able to refer a friend and earn points for a purchase they make.

You will find your unique referral URL link to our store on your 'Rewards' page, and for every unique referral who buys from Pedal Jungle using that referral link, you will receive 500x points for every £100 they spend.

Your referral friend also receive a £10 gift card from us to spend on their first purchase.

You can post your unique link anywhere you feel would work, such as on social media, blogs and websites.

Sometimes it can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled; which will basically mean us deleting your account. We'll unroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

No, not directly. You would need to redeem your points for a voucher in your account first, the voucher is then applied during the checkout stage which will reduce your basket amount by the voucher amount.

Just contact us and we'll enroll you again. However, your point total will begin from zero.

If one item is purchased with loyalty points, the points will be refunded to your account along with any funds, if necessary. If multiple items are purchased, the loyalty points will be spread evenly throughout the order and the correlating points will be refunded according to what item/items were returned.

Your points will be deducted from your customer balance in the case of a return or cancellation.

Points are available to spend indefinitely, with no end date.

If you're on one of our higher Loyalty Points tiers, you will receive certain days throughout the year where you can earn double or triple points on purchases.

We will inform you of these days in advance, and throughout the duration stated, you can earn those extra points for every purchase.

Example: 2 earned points per £1 spent would become 4 earned points on a double day, and 6 points on a triple day!
