The Germanium Treble Booster is AM Effects take on the classic, positive-ground Rangemaster Treble Booster circuit.
Custom Batch #001 is a super short run of only 4x pedals, and is a Pedal Jungle exclusive finish of AM Effects Germanium Treble Booster pedal, hand built right here in the UK.
Our exclusive Custom Batch #001 is serialised with units #01-#04 and has our fresh and unique 'Black & White' enclosure finish, alongside the recent re-design of the overall look of the super cool pedal.
This isn’t just another Rangemaster clone. AM Effects’ Germanium Treble Booster is a refined take on the legendary positive-ground circuit, built around hand-selected vintage germanium transistors chosen for optimal gain, low noise, and just the right amount of character.
You still get the magic of the original ’60s tones, but with a few smart upgrades: tighter power filtering for quieter operation, anti-pop switching, and a wider-range pot that gives you more control over how hard you hit the front of your amp.
It’s all packed into a rugged Gorva C65 enclosure with a smooth powder-coated finish. Stick it first in your chain, and you’ll notice how easily it cleans up with your volume knob. Push it into a cranked amp, and you'll unlock rich, harmonically complex overdrive.
Whether you're chasing vintage flavour or just want your riffs to cut like a hot knife, this treble booster delivers.

This is a handcrafted item and as such there may be slight imperfections in the enclosure finish.
Please note that, like any other vintage pedal with a positive ground circuit, this pedal must NOT be used with a daisy chain power adapter, as it will cause a short circuit!
Make sure to power it with either an isolated or standalone power supply - do NOT use a daisy chain!
