Durham Zia Drive

The Durham Electronics Zia Drive has been on my gigging board for many years.
It is perfect for vibrant chord playing and punches through the mix. The original one I had was replaced by this one from Pedal Jungle, after looking for one for quite some time. They are now hard to source in Europe. I have corresponded with Al Durham (Texas) and he has event built me a pedal, the Zia Drive is his best for my purposes, it just sounds like an extension of the amp.

Super cool Zonk!

I enjoy the zonk sound and this really has few extras up its sleeve with the filter and bias controls. Filter sculpts the low end as fuzz can have "too much" or not enough, it means you can control "fattness". Bias has a range of sounds available from spitting gated fuzz or girthy full on fuzz. Spectacular find and utterly love the design and size of it. Plays with single coils or humbuckers! Choose your weapon and have fun!

Infinite Decay and up to 140ms early reflection make it as organic as possible
Internal dip switch for true bypass/buffered to allow ‘trails’ (factory set to True Bypass)
Internal dip switch for ‘dry kill’ that just has the reverb sounding (factory set to ‘off’)
Top-mounted jacks make pedalboard placement effortless Power draw: 73.8 mA @ 9V and 77.5mA @ 18v
