The Yesterday Effects Pitch Bender is a loving tribute to the rare and revered Magnatone vibrato circuit, one of the few designs in amp history to deliver true pitch modulation rather than simple tremolo. While many vintage amps labeled their tremolo as “vibrato,” the Pitch Bender revives the genuine article: frequency modulation, not volume fluctuation, for a swirling, dimensional tone that moves and breathes with every note.

Using transistor based circuitry inspired directly by the original Magnatone vibrato design, the Pitch Bender delivers the same lush, liquid shimmer that defined early American amps, but in a modern, pedalboard friendly format. Its two simple controls; Rate and Intensity, give you full command over the pulse and depth of the modulation, from gentle vintage wobble to rich, detuned seas of motion.
